Mulch is provided to the community once a year.
Crape Myrtle trimming is done every other year (last time completed was in 2022). We have a new form for Residents to use to schedule Trimming for 2024.
Limb up street oaks is done every other year (completed in 2023) earlier this season.
Common area grasses are trimmed once a year.
Palm trimming in common areas is done twice a year.
